Terms & Conditions
Shipping policy: For made to order items we will provide you with
a payment invoice when production of your order is complete. When we receive payment
in full we will ship your order within two business days. We usually ship orders
within 1 week for stock items. We will inform you by e-mail if, for any reason,
we are unable to deliver all the items from your order.
Freight charges: Our Freight charges are inclusive of fuel surcharges,
VAT and packaging (including metal box). Charges for 10-15 kg and 20-25 kg shipments
are slightly cheaper as we are able to take advantage of promotional prices from
UPS or FedEx. Please also note that the shipping rates for our goods are weight-based.
The approximate weight of all of our products can be found on the details page for
the item. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights
will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. If you would prefer to ship your order
with anyone other than UPS or FedEx (or you would like us to use your own UPS/FedEx
account) please contact us by email with the contact/account details of your preferred
shipper.
